The brief — show our team how AI chatbots can draft e-mails, slides and training material in a fraction of the time, without losing accuracy or creativity.

Kratis shifted from keyword searches to conversational prompts, built prompt templates for consistent, high-quality output, and now uses generative AI throughout its course-development pipeline. After the engagement, Kratis applies prompting frameworks in daily course design.

“The seminar exceeded every expectation. I now integrate AI across the whole training-development cycle and save valuable time without losing quality.”

Bringing conversational AI into the daily correspondence, presentation and research routines of a busy accounts department.

Working alongside Vavlitis staff, we replaced keyword-search habits with structured prompt patterns for e-mail, client updates and internal briefings — reducing time spent on routine communication while raising baseline quality.

“Answering an e-mail used to take thirty minutes. With George's techniques the chatbot now does it in five.”

One academic semester

Aligning a university Computer Networks class with Cisco NetAcad's CCNA Introduction to Networks — so students earn ECTS credits and a Cisco certification in a single semester.

Working with Computer Science departments, we mapped course learning outcomes to the CCNA curriculum. While students complete their degree module, they also sit the Cisco exam — leaving university with both an ECTS record and an industry-recognised certificate.

“Students get an extra qualification for the job market while still completing their degree module — a genuine dual benefit for graduates entering the networking workforce.”

Delivery21 hours over 3 weeks
Live online · cohort 2–10

An EFACT open cohort for teachers and trainers across primary, secondary and higher education — funded through the Cyprus Productivity Centre.

Educators learned how generative AI works, created teaching material with chat-based tools, critically assessed AI-generated outputs, and discussed assessment and policy implications. More cohorts are planned in the coming months.

“I needed a lot of time to prepare lesson plans and fresh ideas. With George's methods the chatbot now does it all — plans, examples, notes — in under twenty minutes.”

An open-enrolment programme for professionals who want a practical introduction to AI tools they can use in everyday work — no technical background required.

Participants worked hands-on with ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Mistral Le Chat, local LLMs, Gamma app and Napkin AI. Exercises included project plans, prompt refinement, presentation design and document summarisation.

“I only knew ChatGPT and couldn't make it work for me. During the session I discovered other chatbots and improved my prompts. Now I can quickly produce course descriptions, syllabi and learning outcomes.”
